International Shipping calculated at checkout with UPS. Canadian recipients will pay for shipping, taxes and duties on all orders. Nordic Bay Candle Company will not reimburse Canadian recipients for these charges.
All orders placed on our Website are usually processed within seven working days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and estimated date of delivery by email. When the order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information and delivery date. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will notify you by either email or telephone. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock. Partial shipments will be processed and will be billed accordingly.Due to the customs paperwork of international shipments, an extra charge of US $6.00 is included in our shipping costs to goods shipped outside of the United States.
Orders placed for goods delivered ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS ground shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for arrival. All orders will be shipped within 72 to 120 hours from processing date unless otherwise noted. We ship Monday-Friday and any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following working Monday. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
